TPUs for heat sealable fabrics

The PEARLBOND range consist of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (TPUs) specially designed for use as raw material in the manufacture of heat sealable fabric adhesives.

The PEARLBOND grades are supplied in pellet form and must be cryogenically ground into powder so as to be applied by the usual methods:

     · Scatter coating
     · Paste coating
     · Powder point coating
     · Double dot coating

The particle size of the powder will depend on the application technique to be used.
