Solution

PEARLTHANE 15N85, a special TPU ester /ether copolymer with its unique adhesive and barrier properties allowed the development of a high performance multilayer coextruded blown film. Hydrolysis resistance and Elasticity of PEARLTHANE copolymers are the differentiators vs Polyesters or Polyethers TPUs.

Thanks to PEARLTHANE 15N85, MERQUINSA´s customer has made a breakthrough in technical films' production being one of the first companies to achieve this special multilayer coextrusion structure.
